This Christmas, Da Maria brings the festive spirit to Bali – Italian long-table style. On the 24th and 25th of December, gather your family, your friends, or whoever feels like home and settle in for a feast that’s all about good food, great wine and that unmistakable Da Maria dining experience.
The Christmas special menu features fresh Murotsu Bay oysters dressed in salmoriglio, Spaghetto Trafilato alle Vongole with local clams, chilli, garlic, parsley and white wine, a BBQ pork chop with braised apple, radicchio, balsamic and jus, and to finish, house-made cannoli filled with sweet whipped ricotta, pistachio, almond, and cinnamon.
